Installation usually happens within 2–3 business days in major cities. In B/C class cities, it may take more time. Customers are informed about the tentative time at the time of booking. A standard installation takes about 60–90 minutes.
We strongly recommend professional installation for the best performance. Free installation is included, so you don’t have to worry about DIY (Do It Yourself).
The Qubo Wi-Fi Ultra Lock is designed for single wooden doors only.
The door must be at least 3.5 cm thick for proper installation.

Wooden door with a thickness of 35MM to 60 MM are compatible for installation
Charges for Installation and demo are INR 1500 for door locks, this charge is being waived off as part of special promotion. These charges are free for the first visit, however if a re demo/re visit is required it can be availed for a nominal fee.
Qubo Smart Door lock comes with a one-year warranty. Qubo Smart door lock Ultra comes with 2 years’ warranty.

A Qubo Smart Door lock is an electromechanical lock which is designed to perform locking and unlocking operations on a door when it receives such instructions from an authorized device to execute the authorization process. It also monitors access and sends alerts for the different events it monitors and some other critical events related to the status of the device.

A factory reset erases all guest and owner data from your lock, restoring it back to its original, out-of-the-box settings. It also removes the lock from any owner or guest keychains that it is affiliated with. To complete reset a Qubo Smart Door Lock that is being used with the Qubo app you must remove the lock from the app and physically reset the app.
- Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked.
- Select the Settings menu.
- Scroll to factory reset.
- Select Reset Door Lock.
Manual Factory Reset: Operation Instructions
- Open battery cover and find reset button.
- Double click [RES] button, the voice prompt “Restored to factory settings” Change Master Pin code.
- After that all user data and settings will be deleted.
Go to Qubo app and open the Door lock you wish to reboot click on settings and find reboot option to restart the lock.
Press the reboot button provided on the front panel to restart the lock manually, No user data shall be deleted in this operation.
When the battery voltage is too low and cannot be opened from outside, connect a 5V power supply via Micro USB port at the front. The unlock the door and replace all batteries immediately.
Yes, please follow below instruction:
- Enable: Move the child lock to display “RED” mark, Once the child lock feature is enabled, the indoor handle will be locked.
- Disable: Move the child lock to display “GREEN” mark. The indoor handle cab be pressed down freely.
Qubo app makes managing access control easy through a robust mobile app. Send or revoke the commands via our easy to use app. Highly secure digital command identities are managed wirelessly through the Smart phone.
The Qubo app and Smart Door Lock with Bluetooth use multiple levels of encryption technologies to ensure the security.
Do not worry, if you lose your phone you can manage your account from any other compatible mobile device. You can also easily move your account from one phone to another and also remove your lock from the app if you think your phone may be compromised.

- Select Access Card.
- Select user for which you are looking to remove access card.
- Remove the card.
You can use any of your finger, For easy access we suggest to use Thumb instead of finger.
The fingerprint sensor may be not working if your hand is wet, moisty, oily, or dirty. So, if your finger has any of these, you might not be able to unlock your lock using the fingerprint. The way out is to wash your hands, clean it, and wait for it to dry out. Now try to unlock it.
When battery voltage is lower than 4.8V, you will get notification on Qubo app along with a voice prompt on door lock “Low battery please replace all batteries” at each unlocking
