Wooden doors with a thickness of 32 MM to 55 MM are compatible for installation.

What are the charges for installation?

Installation and demo charges for door locks are INR 1500. However, these charges are currently waived off as part of a special promotion. The first visit is free, but a re-demo or revisit may incur a nominal fee.

The QUBO Smart Door Lock Prima comes with a two-year warranty.

How do I set up or change the password for my QUBO Smart Door Lock Prima?

Download the Qubo app from the Play Store or Apple Store, create an account if you don't have one, or open the app and follow the simple instructions to get started.

How do I Factory Reset my lock?

To factory reset a QUBO Smart Door Lock Prima used with the Qubo app, remove the lock from the app and physically reset the lock by following these steps:

  • Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen.
  • Select the Settings menu.
  • Scroll to "factory reset" and select "Reset Door Lock."

Manual Factory Reset:

  • Open the battery cover and find the reset button.
  • Long-press the [RES] button until it beeps three times. All user data and settings will be deleted.
My batteries died while I was on vacation. How can I operate my lock?

When the battery voltage is too low to open the lock from outside, connect a 5V power supply via the Micro USB port at the front. Unlock the door and replace all batteries immediately.

How secure is my Smart Door Lock Prima with Bluetooth?

The Qubo app ensures secure access control through a robust mobile app, managing highly secure digital command identities wirelessly through your smartphone.

How is communication between the lock and the phone secured?

The Qubo app and Smart Door Lock with Bluetooth use multiple levels of encryption technologies to ensure security.

What happens if I lose my phone?

If you lose your phone, you can manage your account from another compatible mobile device. You can also move your account to another phone and remove your lock from the app if you suspect your phone is compromised.

Why is my PIN not working?

Your PIN might have changed in the app. You can use your phone to unlock the lock or create a new PIN from the Qubo app.

What is my default Admin PIN, and how can I change it?

Download the Qubo app, create an account or open the app, and follow the instructions to get started. You can change the Admin PIN from the app's settings.

If a user forgets the PIN of the lock, how can it be recovered?

You can check this through the Qubo App. Open the app, go to the lock screen, select "PIN Code," choose the user for whom you are looking for the PIN code, and it will be displayed on your smartphone screen.

Why can't the digital keypad be activated?

Please check the Qubo App to see if your batteries have run out.

If I lost the RFID card, can it be disabled?

Yes, you can disable a lost RFID card by following these steps in the Qubo App:

  • Open the Qubo App.
  • Go to the lock screen.
  • Select "Access Card."
  • Choose the user for which you want to remove the access card and remove it.
Which finger should I use to register my fingerprint on the Smart lock?

You can use any of your fingers, but using your thumb is recommended for easier access.

Why is a user unable to unlock using a fingerprint?

The fingerprint sensor may not work if your hand is wet, moist, oily, or dirty. Ensure your finger is clean and dry to unlock the lock using the fingerprint.

How do I know when to replace the batteries?

You will receive a notification on the Qubo app and a voice prompt on the door lock when the battery voltage is lower than 4.8V, indicating it's time to replace all batteries.

Are there specific length requirements for setting a password?

You may need to use a password with a minimum of 6 to 12 digits followed by the # key.

How many cards can be registered in a Smart Lock with RFID access?

You can register up to 100 Access Cards for one lock.

How many fingerprints can be registered on a QUBO Smart Door Lock Prima?

You can register up to 100 fingerprints for one lock.

What is the manual locking mode?

The manual locking mode is used to lock the door from the inside. When in manual mode, the door cannot be opened from the outside using any access method. To unlock, you must use the Admin PIN or Mechanical Keys.

Can I use a remote controller to operate my smart lock?

No, remote controllers are not compatible. However, you can use the QUBO App on your mobile phone when in proximity to the lock.

Can I operate the lock from the app if I am in a remote location but connected to the internet?

No, the lock operates via Bluetooth and only works when you are near the lock.
