The door must be at least 3.5 cm thick for proper installation.

After pressing 0#, go to the three-dot menu and select the third option — Update firmware/software.

You can jumpstart the lock using a power bank. Connect the power bank using a wire to the Type-C port at the bottom of the front panel.
