How often do I need to change the filter in my Smart Air Purifier?
Replacement frequency may vary depending on factors such as room size, air quality, and usage patterns. However, under continuous 24-hour use, the filter typically needs to be replaced about once a year. Your purifier’s app or indicator will alert you when it’s time to change the filter.
How noisy is the Qubo Smart Air Purifier during operation?
The Smart Air Purifier is engineered for whisper-quiet operation, even at night. Its high-efficiency BLDC motor ensures powerful air purification while minimizing noise. With the dedicated Sleep Mode, the fan slows down and the lights dim, and works perfectly without disrupting your sleep.
Does the Qubo Smart Air Purifier come with an ionizer?
The Qubo Smart Air Purifier does not include an ionizer, but it features a 4-layer filtration system - Pre-filter, HEPA 13, Activated Carbon, and Silver Nano Particle Coating to effectively remove dust, allergens, and pollutants, ensuring clean and healthy air in your home.
What is the warranty period?

Can I use it in humid climates?
Yes, the Smart Air Purifier is designed to operate efficiently in a variety of climates, including humid environments. However, for optimal performance and longevity, it’s recommended to avoid placing it in areas with excessive moisture or direct exposure to water.
How to connect (commission) Air Purifier with the Qubo mobile application?
  1. Tap on the Hamburger Menu
  2. Tap on Add Device
  3. After selecting Unit Location, Tap on Environment and select your Air purifier Model
  4. Tap on Yes
  5. After scanning select your device. (Please allow for Bluetooth permission if asked)
  6. Please enter your Wi-Fi ID and password. (Make sure you are connected to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi already)
  7. After setup is complete, tap on Continue
  8. Your Device is connected to the Qubo App
How to see MAC address and Serial no. of the device?
  1. Tap on Device Settings
  2. Tap on Device
How can I set/change QSensAI?
  1. Tap on Device setting
  2. Tap on QSensAI
  3. Set/Change value as per your requirement
(*The difference between device off (PM 2.5 value) and device on (PM 2.5 value) should be at least 20 units. Also, device will automatically turn on/off depending upon the PM2.5 value set)
How can I manually Factory reset my device?
  1. Power on the device
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 10secs till you hear “BEEP” sound and Power Button LED starts blinking to recommission the device in your Qubo account.
How can I monitor my filter life from app and how to reset my filter?

Scroll down and tap on Filter Life, and you can monitor your filter life.

Reset Filter Life: (From Application)

To reset filter tap on Reset Filter Life and tap on yes.

How can I set schedule from Qubo application?
  1. Scroll down and tap on Schedule
  2. Tap on ‘+Add Schedule’
  3. Enter schedule name and select action and day to repeat the same. Finally tap on ‘Add Schedule’.
What is the difference between Auto mode and QSensAI mode?
Both QSensAI and Auto mode adjust purifier’s performance depending on the PM2.5 value in your surrounding air. In QSensAI mode, the purifier itself will turn on/off automatically whereas in Auto mode, the purifier will adjust the fan speed based on the ambient PM2.5.
Is the Air Purifier water resistant?
No, the Air Purifier is not water resistant. Touching the purifier’s panel with wet/oily hands can lead to short circuit or damage in the device.
What value does Air Quality Insights graph indicate?
The value in AQI graph is the average value of the AQI during that particular hour, sourced from reliable government sources.

How can I update the Wi-Fi of my device?
  1. Tap on Device setting
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi setting
  3. Tap on Update Wi-Fi and follow in App steps
(Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi)
Can I remotely turn on/off my purifier?
Yes, you can turn on/off your purifier remotely using the Qubo Mobile Application.

How can I turn on the child lock on my purifier from Qubo App?
Scroll down and tap on ‘child lock’ and tap on ‘Yes’.

Does Air Purifier come with Google/Alexa support?
Yes, Air purifier does come with Google/Alexa support

What is sleep mode?
In Sleep mode, the purifier operates with extremely low fan sound and LED turned off for display panel to ensure undisturbed sleep. You can turn on the Sleep mode using the Qubo App as well as manually from the purifier’s panel.
How to clean the purifier’s filter?
Below are the steps to clean filter:
  1. Switch off the power supply of the device
  2. Place the device upside down on a smooth surface.
  3. Twist the bottom panel in clockwise manner and take the filter out and gently clean the filter using soft brush or a clean dry cloth.
*Do not put the filter directly under water or clean it using a wet cloth. Filter to be cleaned using dry cloth only. After you place the filter back, make sure you close the bottom panel properly.
