  • Duration
    Our Money Back policy covers your purchase of Qubo Smart Door Locks for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility
    To be eligible for the Money Back Policy, you must meet the following conditions:
    • This policy is applicable only for following products - Smart Door Lock Ultra, Smart Door Lock Select
    • The smart door lock must have been purchased directly from our official website - https://www.quboworld.com/
    • The product must be in its original condition, free from any signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear and tear
    • The smart door lock must have been installed by our authorized partner only
    • This Policy is only applicable on prepaid orders and does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders
    • The product needs to be returned in the original packaging and box
  • Initiating a Return
    If you are unsatisfied with your Smart Door Lock within the policy period, follow these steps to initiate a return:
    • Contact our customer support team at helpdesk@quboworld.com or call us at 1800-572-5757 within the 30-day period
    • Provide your order details, including your name, order number, and the reason for return
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization
  • Inspection and Refund
    Our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Return Shipping

    Once the request is raised, we will arrange a free of cost uninstallation and pickup within 72 hours. Our authorized partner will come to uninstall the lock. Please note that the person coming for uninstallation will only remove the Qubo Smart Door Lock and will not install the old lock or any other new lock.

  • Liability

    You understand and agree that in case of returns or replacements, or any alleged product failure, or any act of omission of Qubo, the maximum aggregate liability of damages is only limited to the actual amount you paid for the product. In no circumstances Qubo will be liable to for any losses, damages, lost savings or incidental, direct, indirect, special or situational damages, arising out of your improper use, installation or intended or accidental breach of this Agreement, even if Qubo is advised/ informed of the possibility of such losses or damages. The limitation of liability to the price paid by you for the Qubo product states Qubo’s exclusive liability to you and applies to situation where Qubo is alleged to be liable for any losses, damages, physical injury, theft, robbery, invasion of privacy, property damage, or any other damage including, but not limited to, any general, direct, indirect, situational, consequential, or statutory damage caused by any alleged failure of the product.

    You hereby release Qubo and its business associates from any loss or damages incurred by you by owning a Qubo product. You take full responsibility for any loss, damage or expense incurred by you by alleged use or misuse or improper installation of Qubo Products and Services including any additional sensor installed with the product.

  • Exclusions
    The following situations are not covered by our Money Back Policy:
    • Products purchased from any other source apart from our official website - https://www.quboworld.com
    • Damage caused by improper installation, neglect, abuse, misuse or unauthorized modifications
    • Returns requested after the 30-day guarantee period has expired eligibility
