How to commission(connect) Air Purifier with application?
Tap on the Hamburger Menu
Tap on Add Device
After selecting Unit Location, Tap on Environment and select your Air
purifier Model
Tap on Yes
After scanning select your device. (Please allow for Bluetooth permission if
asked)
Please enter your Wifi ID and password. (Make sure you are connected to
2.4Ghz Wi-Fi already)
After setup is complete, tap on Continue
How to see MAC address and Serial no. of the device?
Tap on Device Settings

How can I set/change QSensAI?
Tap on Device setting
Tap on QSensAI
Set/Change value as per your requirement
(*The difference between device off (PM 2.5 value) and device on (PM 2.5
value) should be of 20. Also device will automatically turn on/off depending
upon the PM2.5 value set)
How can I manually Factory reset my device?
Power on the device
Press and hold the Power button for 10secs till you hear “BEEP” sound &
device will reboot and Power Button LED starts blinking to recommission the
device in your Qubo account.
When to replace filter?
Filter life allows us to see how long the filter would last when new, it can run
for around 15000 hrs~100 percent. It is important to understand that Filter life
depends on the air quality, fan speed & usage pattern. The HEPA filter continues
to capture dust, allergen & PM2.5 particles. However, particles tend to clog the
filter pores & make the filter greasy that decreases the air flow. If you notice
a clogged outer layer or a decrease in the air flow, replacing the filter would
uplift the purification performance and ensure you breathe clean air throughout
the year. Hence for optimal performance, replace the filter once an year or when
the Qubo App indicates it's exhausted, whichever comes first.
When you replace the filter, make sure to reset the filter life.
How to clean filters?
It is important to clean the filter to ensure continuous air flow. You can use a
dry cloth but DO NOT use water to clean it.
How can I monitor my filter life from app and how to reset my filter?
Scroll down and tap on Filter Life, and you can monitor your filter life.
Reset Filter Life: (From Application)
To reset filter tap on Reset Filter Life and tap on yes.
Reset Filter Life: (From Device)
For Model Q600:
Press and hold QSensAI and Timer Button for 5-10secs
For Model Q1000:
Press and hold Filter button for 5-10secs
How can I set schedule from Qubo application?

Tap on add on Schedule
Enter schedule name and select action and day to repeat the same. Finally
tap on Add schedule.
What is the difference between Auto Mode and QSensAI
In QSensAI (AI feature) the Air purifier will turn On/turn Off depending upon
the PM2.5 value where as in Auto mode the Air purifier will only adjust the Fan
speed depending upon PM2.5 value.
Is Air purifier water resistant?
No, Air Purifier is not water resistant and hence touching the device panel
with wet/oily hands can lead to short circuit or any damage in device.
What value does Air Quality Insights graph indicate?
The value in AQI graph is the average value of the AQI during that particular
hour.

Yes, Air purifier does come with Google/Alexa support (*You can only turn on/off and set the fan speed using google/alexa
support)
What is sleep mode?
In Sleep mode the fan goes to low speed and the LED on the device are turned
Off.
You can turn on the same using application and as well as manually from device
panel.
