The timeline scrubber lets you jump to a specific time in the video. Green = SD card videos, Blue = Cloud videos, White = No recordings for that time.
Tap the search icon on the app’s right side, select the event you’re looking for, and follow the prompts.
To download, tap the downward arrow icon. To delete, tap the delete icon after selecting the event.
Connection and Commission
No, this device works only on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It doesn’t support 5 GHz.
The device can be commissioned using a mobile hotspot but works best with a stable 2Mbps network. It is advised to switch to a Wi-Fi network after commissioning. Use a different phone to provide the hotspot, not the one you're commissioning from.
- Go to app settings and scroll down to “Wi-Fi Settings”.
- Press and release the Reset button twice, holding each press for 2 seconds.
- When the red LED starts blinking, choose your preferred Wi-Fi network.
- Scan the QR code and wait about 10 seconds to complete the process.
Yes. If the internet goes down, the recordings will be stored on the SD card. Once the internet is restored, the camera will push the data to the cloud (if you have a subscription).
Qubo Account, Access to Device and Reset
By sharing login credentials of the QUBO app. We recommend not signing in with Google/IOS if you plan to share your login, as doing so may sync your contacts to the other device.
